Thank you for your interest in my artwork! By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read everything carefully before placing an order.
✦ What I Will Draw ✦
I currently accept commissions featuring:- Canines
- Felines
- Ponies
- Deer
✦ What I Will Not Draw ✦
I currently do not accept:- Humans (although exceptions may be made; feel free to ask)
- Mecha
- NSFW or sexually explicit content
- Realism-based references
Please make sure your character references are clear, complete, and easy to read. I may decline commissions that include incomplete, low-quality, or unclear references, as they can affect the final result.I also reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel uncomfortable with the request for any reason.
✦ General Information ✦
- Please be patient with me. I work on commissions alongside Patreon content and personal projects.- My average turnaround time is 1-3 weeks or 1–3 months, depending on my workload and the complexity of the commission.-Completion times are estimates and may vary.- You are always welcome to ask for WIP (Work in Progress) updates or commission status updates.- I will do my best to keep you informed throughout the process.
✦ Payment ✦
- I only accept payments through PayPal (USD only).
- Payment must be sent within 24 hours after your commission has been accepted. Otherwise, your slot may be offered to another client.
- I will not begin working until the payment has been confirmed.
✦ Revisions ✦
- Changes are allowed during the sketch phase.
- Once the sketch has been approved, major modifications may result in additional charges.
- Significant changes requested during the final stages of the commission may be declined or may incur additional charges.
✦ Refund Policy ✦
- A full refund (100%) will be issued if I haven't started working on the commission.
- If I need to cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
- Once work has begun, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued after the final artwork has been completed and delivered.
✦ Usage Policy ✦
- My commissions are for personal use only, unless discussed beforehand.
- You may not resell, redistribute, trace, edit, or claim my artwork as your own.
- My artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training, cryptocurrency projects, or any form of machine learning.
- Commercial use must be discussed and approved before the commission begins and may require an additional fee.
- Please do not remove my watermark or signature.
- Proper credit is always appreciated when reposting my artwork.
✦ Artist Rights ✦
I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork on my social media pages, portfolio, Patreon, or commission gallery.
If you would like your commission to remain private, please let me know before the commission begins.
